Product delivery
All of our free downloadable products are available for direct download. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded as a single product or as a group. Payment products will be available for download after payment has been received and verified. To process our payments, we use PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree to their terms before paying for any of our products.
Your customer information/account will be emailed to the email address provided. Normally, our system creates your account after successful payment. There are some cases where your payment has not gone through, and we have to review and process the download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour up to 24 hours depending on the situation and the extent of investigation required after a fraud alert is activated.
Unauthorized/illegal use
You must not use the Ronin Magazine Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) and the laws of the European Union and international law. In particular, it is forbidden to use our products and articles for pages that promote violence, terrorism, hard pornography, racism, vulgar content, or warez program links.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the site or its products, its articles without the express written permission of Ronin Magazine
You may not place any of our commercial products (articles, media, RM specific designs and books), modified or unmodified, on CD, website or any other medium. Nor shall you offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without the prior written consent of Ronin Magazine.
If you create an account on the Ronin Magazine website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and all other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Ronin Magazine of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our Products, modified or unmodified. All products belong to Ronin Magazine. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our entity be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Anti-fraud
Instant downloads are available after registration. However, all of our customers' purchases may await manual anti-fraud checks for payment system review. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud control occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions by people who are not the actual cardholders of the credit cards used for the purchase. The customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud checks for 24 hours and it can also be suspended for a longer period of time for further investigations.
Age requirements to buy our products.
By registering for our products, you hereby represent that you are 18 years of age or over 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are fully authorized to enter into the terms described here. Our products are not directly intended for children. If in any case you are under 13 years of age, please do not use our products.
Price changes and discounts
Ronin Magazine reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any subscription (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice.
One discount at a time: We offer discounts on our products on different occasions. Only one discount can be applied to one product/subscription at a time. For example, we offer a certain discount when renewing a subscription. If for one occasion, such as Black Friday, there is a discount promotion going on, you can only a use the recently applied discount rate. So, for this example, you cannot use both the renewal and the temporary discount at the same time. (Typically, the temporary discounts are bigger than the regular ones.) You can use a discount on a single purchase/renewal.

Ronin Magazine products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of Ronin Magazine's products is guaranteed to function correctly when used correctly. In no event shall our entity be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except in certain cases for more information please read our refund policy.
